Evaluation Pattern

EVALUATION PATTERN

As shown the courses have been spread over 4 semesters. The Institute shall have 90 teaching days in one semester. Each course shall be covered in 45 teaching hrs. in one semester. Besides 45 lectures there will be 15 tutorials for each subject. The teacher concerned shall hold evaluation on a continuous basis. All the courses to be taught by faculty members shall be bifurcated in 45 teaching periods and the copy of the coverage plan shall be submitted to the Director of the programme.

The Institution shall adopt a range of methods of instruction such as case studies, class lectures, group and individual exercises, class assignments, project work and presentations, role play, management games, etc. The student evaluation shall be continuous and shall comprise of the following:

Class Participation/ case studies presentations
Quizzes
Assignments/Filed Work/ Term Paper
Mid-Term Examination
End-Term Examination

The academic performance of a student would be assessed in terms of or percentage of marks obtained in different courses.
